Rooms at the following hotels have been reserved at special rates.
No reservations will be confirmed in the absence of deposit payment.
Hotel reservations are processed on a first-come-first-served basis.
Please make sure to pick a second choice hotel as well as a first choice. You will be informed the confirmed hotel name later in the confirmation.
Reservation period: May 20, 2011 - May 27, 2011
Please make a hotel reservation at your earliest convenience because of its difficulty due to the other events for this period.
* Hotel rates are per day per room in Japanese Yen, including breakfast, service charge and consumption tax. Handling charge is not included.
* Hotel reservations must be accompanied by payment of a deposit (10,000 Yen per room) and handling charge (500 Yen per room). The deposit will be applied to the room charge or the cancellation fee.
Payment
We accept credit card payment only (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club).
Confirmation will be e-mailed when the reservation and payment are completed.
Cancellation & Refund
Please notify cancellation in writing by fax or by e-mail. The following restrictions apply to cancellations.
- All refunds will be made through the credit card company after the Conference.
- 10 days or more before the date of arrival: No cancellation fee
- 9 to 2 days before the date of arrival: 20% of one night fee
- 1 day prior to the date of arrival: 80% of one night fee
- On the date of arrival or no notice given: 100% of one night fee
Hotel handling charge will not be refunded when you cancel hotel reservations. Failure to check in on the arrival date without prior notice may result in automatic cancellation of the entire reservation.

Change or Cancellation
Any changes and cancellations must be communicated by e-mail in writing to the Accommodation & Excursion Desk (kyoto-ec@or.knt.co.jp).
